It’s a Knock out in Malvern

Malvern Lions recently held another very successful “It's a Knock Out” in which teams from Evesham, Tewkesbury, Droitwich, Malvern and two Worcester Day Centres for adults with physical and learning disabilities compete in a friendly competition. Each year the Centres devise and make a game to a theme and reproduce it for themselves and the other teams to play.

This year’s theme was “The Spirit of the Olympics”. Those who attend the Centres also make a Joker with a cup being awarded for the best. The teams can't play their Joker on the game they have produced but can take part in it. There is also poster competition with a prize for the best.....Read More...
