Worcester Club Hosts Lions From France

Worcester Lions Club celebrated their 40th year on Saturday November 28 with a charter Anniversary Dinner Dance at Sixways Stadium, home of the Worcester Warriors.

Worcester Lions have been twinned with the Lions Club of Orleans doyen since 1972. Not only have the two clubs worked on joint fundraising projects together, but have developed a very real friendship and are happy to support each other whenever possible.

Fourteen members, and their wives, of Orleans Doyen attended Worcester’s Charter event and a good time was had by all!

The Charter was also attended by District Governor Femi Onabolu and his wife Anna.
