The 4th Warwick Lions Beer Festival was held on 13 and 14 July in a splendid marquee, courtesy of Warwick Racecourse, in mixed weather conditions, when it took occasional bravery to sit outside.

Despite the weather, Festival Treasurer Lion Dave Evans said that it had been very busy both days and the most successful yet financially. He expected a profit when all the bills were in of at least £4,500.
