The 'umbilical' is now cut and Harborough Twenty12 Lions Club is officially born. Over 100 guests attended a very happy Chartering party at which DG Paul, assisted by PDGs John Bush, Roger Handcock and IPDG Neil Chisholm, 'badged up' the 20 Charter members.
